Polar Ice House Grapevine

Any school groups, boy/girl scout troops or other organizations can participate in our "Fill the Ice" fundraiser and earn money for their group.

"Fill the Ice" is a risk-free, minimal effort fundraising opportunity available to all groups looking to raise money for their organization activities. "Fill the Ice" fundraisers can be done during public ice skating sessions or your group can "own" the ice during a private ice session.

How does it work?
Once your group chooses a date to "host" a public skating or private ice event, it's your responsibility to "Fill the Ice".  Invite parents, friends, teachers or anyone you can think of to fill the ice. The Ice House will donate a portion of the gate receipts back to your organization.  How much you raise is based on your group's ability to "Fill the Ice'.

Raffles and Contests
"Fill the Ice" groups will be allowed to hold raffles and contests as well as set up a table to display information about the group during their skating session.
