 Learn to Skate Program

February 27 - April 28, 2012

9 weeks = $135.00

*Please note No Classes April 20 & 21;         Please attend a make-up class*

 

*All Students must be a current member of the USFS Basic Skills Membership Program.  Annual registration for the 2011-2012 season is $15.00 (July-June).*

 

Tuition for Class Includes:

- 30-Minute group lesson once per week

- Free skate rental on the day of the class

- 9 Free public session admission passes

- Certificate of Participation

  - Enroll in 2 standard classes and receive 20% off the 2nd class

Home School Learn to Skate


Please welcome our new Skating Director, Sarah Pifer.

 

Sarah has over 10 years of coaching experience in Colorado and Texas.  She is an active member of the Professional Skaters Association and is a registered coach through US Figure Skating.  Teaching beginners through advanced competitive skaters, Sarah has a background in Freestyle, Pairs, Ice Dance, and Hockey. She has performed in numerous shows and was a U.S. Intercollegiate Nationals Gold Medalist. Sarah specializes in basic skills, freestyle, hockey, conditioning, moves-in-the-field, and choreography.

Skate with your Toddler

Parent and Tot Class

Friday 6:15pm or Saturday 12:10pm

This class teaches the same element as Snowplow Sam 1 but allows the skater to learn alongside their parent.  Each skater must have a parent / adult accompany them to every class.



Learn to Skate Program

Ice skating is an exciting, invigorating and enjoyable activity. In our Learn to Skate program, you'll gain the skills that will enable you to enjoy a lifetime of fun and exercise. Step-by-step instruction in pleasant and supervised surroundings makes learning safe and easy. New skaters are always welcome, starting at age 2. Classes are grouped by age and ability, and meet once weekly on Tuesdays, Fridays or Saturdays.
