Lone Star Wolves will begin using Jay's Boot Camp to provide elite level sport specific conditioning for all our players during our upcoming spring camp and fall season. Jay's is widely known throughout the metroplex as one of the top fitness companies providing dozens of highly effective "boot camp" style programs. Jay's is also well known as being the official trainer of the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders!! One of the big perks of this arrangement is all LSW players that desire to reach peak performance can also attend any of his other camps throughout the metroplex at no additional charge. Parents also receive a discount if they enroll in any of his camps!!
